I was born, and raised in Belleville, Ontario, Canada which is located on the Bay of Quinte. The Bay of Quinte is known as the Walleye Capital of the World and is also famous for the old bloody X of the migrators.

If they were flying we were shooting and if they were swimming we were casting. I was 8 years old when I heard that first wing whistle past the duck blind; saw the fog rising off the water; watched my Dad sitting beside me drinking coffee and I realized “This is my Dream”. This is the world that I want to live in. This is where the fever starts!

I started Muddy Water Guide Service as a legacy to hand down to my kids and to be able to give other people the chance to experience shooting their first duck and/or banded goose or land their first walleye.

Some of my best memories have been in the last few years of my life field hunting. Some of the memories and smiles I would never trade in a lifetime.

So if you are ever in Belleville, look me up. I will either be in the swamp, on the cornfield or on the ice – “Always looking for migrators”
